Zac Purton is on the cusp of achieving a remarkable feat in Hong Kong's racing history. With eight chances to ride two winners on Wednesday, Purton aims to surpass the 2,000 victory mark, a record currently held by Douglas Whyte. Honest Witness, trained by David Hayes, is a four-year-old with a recent impressive win over Golden Friendship. Purton praises Hayes' training, noting the horse's gradual improvement and comfort.
Additionally, Purton and Hayes will team up with Withallmyfaith in the Class Four Rhine Handicap, while Armor Golden Eagle seeks back-to-back wins in the Class Three Sauternes’s Cup. Purton's partnership with Mark Newnham and Exceed The Wish in the Class Five Dordogne Handicap further highlights his versatility and skill.
